A man who took several hostages today at a campaign office for Hillary Clinton in Rochester, N.H., reportedly has a history of mental illness and believed the government planted a “bug” in his head, according to a witness whose family knows the hostage-taker.

“People have told me stories that he’s complaining of conspiracy theories and that the government has planted things in his head,” said the witness, who described the alleged suspect as “a disturbed man, just not right in the head.” The man once complained to the witness’ mother “that he had a bug planted in his head a long time ago when he was in the Army,” said the witness, who stated that he didn’t believe the man had actually served.

It appears Ron Paul’s supporters are exploring new ways to get their message out…

Oh well, at least the RNC will cover his legal fees.
